Yevlax TV MMC, established on March 2, 2009, and initially launched with the name and logo ELTV on July 17 of the same year. On May 10, 2014, it transformed into one of the channels of the “Region TV” network, continuing its operations as a local channel within the network’s unified programming. From September 19, 2016, it joined the newly created ARB TV network and became part of the ARB Media Group under the name “ARB Aran” television channel. In 2020, it separated from the network and resumed broadcasting under the name ELTV.

ELTV provides 24-hour digital terrestrial broadcasting in the Central Aran economic region through two frequencies – 24 and 59 – with high-quality broadcasts. The channel’s main goal is to highlight events in the socio-economic and cultural life of the regions and cities within the broadcast coverage area and to improve the quality of information services provided to the population.

Over the years, ELTV has strengthened its position as a KTV that works towards this goal. The channel’s audience includes viewers of all age groups, and ELTV strives to cater to the preferences of its diverse audience. To achieve this, the channel produces various programs in different genres and formats.

ELTV collaborates with several other television channels. It has created telebridges with Ganja’s Kapaz TV, jointly presenting information releases, and also conducts live broadcasts of nationally significant events. Through a wide-format partnership with Sheki’s Kanal S television channel, ELTV prepares and exclusively broadcasts several television projects in Kanal S’s airtime.

Additionally, ELTV has established extensive connections with Quba’s Qafqaz TV channel, facilitating the exchange of audiovisual content. In parallel, ELTV presents its audiovisual products, including documentaries and video reports, at important events held both within the country and beyond Azerbaijan’s borders.

ELTV, which consistently promotes the development activities in Karabakh and the significant return, shares its exclusive materials with partner channels, reaching a broad audience.
