Günaz TV is a television channel founded by Ahmet Obalı on March 10, 2005. Its full name is “Güney Azerbaycan Televizyonu” (South Azerbaijan Television).
Operating with a general broadcasting theme, the channel’s broadcast center is located in the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku. In addition to this, broadcasts are also made from the city of Chicago in the United States. At one point, the channel could also be viewed via the Türksat 3A satellite, but it was removed from the satellite following a notice from the Iranian government and switched to Telestar. Currently, it broadcasts on the Telestar, Eurobird, and Eulsat satellites.
