Titi Movie

The story of the film “Titi” revolves around a severely ill physicist who is working on a theory about black holes and the end of the universe. While in the hospital, he encounters a somewhat strange and peculiar janitor named Titi. Despite Titi being unmarried, she becomes pregnant through a surrogacy arrangement for an infertile couple. This encounter marks a turning point in both of their lives.

“Titi” was nominated for three Crystal Simorgh awards for Best Screenplay, Best Cinematography, and Best Music at the 39th Fajr Film Festival. The film’s teaser also won a Crystal Simorgh at the 41st edition of the festival. Elnaz Shakerdoust received the award for Best Leading Actress at the 4th Critics and Writers of Iranian Cinema Awards for her role in the film.
