After just a few months, to be more precise, from March 1, 2023, its management was entrusted to “Pro Media Group” LLC. From its inception, the channel has gained the interest of viewers. Starting from the stage of its establishment, the Turkish Music Union television channel (TMB TV), which was created on the decision of the Permanent Council of Ministers of Culture of Turkic-speaking countries and broadcast in the Turkish-speaking world, has been supported by the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TÜRKSOY). Today, the main purpose of TMB TV’s activities is to introduce the contemporary music of Turkish-speaking artists to the world with all national characteristics, loyalty to the homeland, land, and belief in the future. TMB TV is actively working in this direction, promoting the great talents and richness of Turkish-speaking nations in the cultural mosaic of the world’s peoples. TMB TV appeals to a large audience, spanning more than 50 countries and reaching millions of viewers. More precisely, its target audience is every age group residing in the geographical area of the Turkish world with a population of 300 million people. Additionally, the goal of the “TÜRKVİZYON” Turkic World Song Contest, organized with the support of TMB TV, is to introduce countries and peoples with common roots to each other in a closer way, to create a new common cultural platform, and to develop cultural relations.
